Our family-run service company looks back on a long tradition: AKM Berlin Immobilien GmbH was founded in Munich in 1997 and moved to Berlin in 2005 to its current headquarters in Berlin-Adlershof. The company was entrusted with the task of providing the family's own real estate portfolio with individual services better than it had been before. Over the years, the family's real estate portfolio has grown, as has the support tasks, so that the company now has two locations in Berlin and Erfurt.

The head office has been in the MTC MedienTechnologieCentrum Ernst-Augustinstr. 12 in 12489 Berlin Adlershof on the grounds of MediaCity Adlershof as the former headquarters of the DRR television with a rich historical past.

Since 2008, these services have also been made available to external property owners.
